Shipping Policy

At My Choice Apparel, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shipping and delivery experience because we care about your time and money.

From the moment you come to order a certain product, your wishes become our top priority.

As our customer, satisfying your needs is our responsibility. Just as our products are meant to make you look and feel your best, our delivery schedules are designed with the same goal in mind.

We make sure that our main products, like Rhinestone Belts and Leather Jackets, are always in stock, so they are shipped the next day after you place an order. Expect to receive these "ready for delivery" products at your doorstep within 12-14 business days.

However, if you request for a customized product, please note that the manufacturing process might take 3 to 4 weeks before it is processed for delivery.

That being said, once you place an order, you can expect its delivery within 20-22 business days.

Also, we keep you informed on the status of your order through email and SMS.

Despite our diligent service, please note that some orders may experience delays due to unexpected circumstances, such as bad weather.

In case, your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@mychoiceapparel.com, and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Shipment

We prioritize ensuring the timely delivery of the ordered products to our customers by opting for the quickest shipping routes, which include  UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Once a product is shipped via any of these services, we provide tracking information to keep our customers informed of the shipment's progress.

Tracking Information

After shipping your order, we send you the order tracking information via email and SMS to keep you updated about the progress of your delivery. In addition to this, there is an option to monitor the shipping status of your order on our tracking page.

Receiving

In case you are not available at the time of delivery of the order, please make sure to arrange for someone to receive the order on your behalf. You may also contact the courier service to arrange for a rescheduled shipment in all such cases.

In Case of Damage/Defect

We are committed to offering our customers products of the highest quality without any defects. However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged item due to shipment, you can easily initiate the process of exchanging the product by following our straightforward return and refund policy.
