We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience, which is why we give you 15 days to return your products after delivery. You can either exchange products within 15 days after delivery or return them for a complete refund.
It usually takes us 72 hours to analyze your returned order after receiving it. Your exchange order will be processed and shipped to you within 15 business days. We will also send you an email of confirmation acknowledging the successful completion of your return order. If you’re eligible for a refund, note that we process refunds using the original payment method. The processing time to refund depends on the payment method you used. You will get a refund in between 10 to 45 days.
The customer is only eligible for the refund/return in the following scenarios, If
- Customer receives the wrong product
- Our product is damaged while shipping
- Our product has some defects
- Product has been altered
If you receive a defective or damaged product from us, please Contact Us within 2 working days.
Customized products are not entitled to return, refund, or exchange in any case.
Please be aware that customers would be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning purchased item(s) to us.
"Please note that in cases where the return or exchange is not due to an error/issue on our part, a 20% restocking fee will be applied."

It is crucial to know the fact that we do not accept return requests for items purchased from our sale collection. However, we have extended the time for our exchange and store credit policy to 15 days to make your purchases more flexible.
In case of dissatisfaction with your sales products, or imperfect measurements, as you expected, you can initiate an exchange request online within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- You can exchange your standard-size orders with a different size or an alternative product.
- You can return the made-to-order or other customized items only for alteration.

We aim to deliver you the perfect jacket for the first place. However, if still your custom order is not according to your measurements, we do not charge you for the first alteration.
How do we strive to find a resolution to your complaint?
It becomes quite challenging at times to handle custom jackets and requires constant attention to come up with a resolution. Returns are possible for several reasons, and this is how we handle them:
Design & Quality Solution: We send you real product images before sending you the customized jackets. You can check your customized product before we dispatch your order. This enables you to examine these areas and eliminates the discrepancies that may occur in the design, materials, and stitching.
Sizing Solution: Our Customer Service representative will ask for your body measurements in detail when you place your customized order. Kindly consult our sizing guide to get the precise measurements. If you still do not get the perfect size and fit, we alter it free of cost for the first time. But please note that you have to pay the cost of shipping the returned items.
Refund: We don’t accept exchanges and returns for your custom orders because your personalized order is created just for you. We cannot sell it to anyone else because it has been altered according to your size and preferences.
